Memorial weekend!

We spent Memorial weekend at Cocolalla doing our Spring cleaning to enjoy the summer.
We saw our friend the woodpecker (at least he wasn't pecking at the house this time), the eagle, and some hummingbirds.
The girls were dying to have a fire!  So we scarfed down some hot dogs so they could move on to the good stuff...
 ...smores!
Enjoying the fire after putting in a good days work.
And time at Cocolalla isn't complete without some oreos to share with Grandpa!
This girl loves her some oreos!

Preschool Graduation!

Eliza graduated from preschool and is ready for her next step to kindergarten!
This is a book she made about herself and showing the book that her teacher gave to her.
Eliza and her preschool friends (Miley, Tavis, Brynn, and Megan - we missed Olivia) gave us a performance and then showed us what they did each day.  Afterwards, we had a pizza lunch and popsicles.  Eliza had a great year with Sis. Curnutt.  Congratulations Eliza!

Happy Mother's Day!

Since we spent most of Mother's Day flying home from Florida we celebrated the following Sunday.
Daddy and the girls made a yummy breakfast.
Then I opened a few gifts before church.  They made me dinner and even let me take a little nap on the couch!  I love these girls...and their daddy!
Happy Mother's Day!

Spring Dance Recital

Eliza had her dance recital on May 15th.
She absolutely loves to dance!
Here she is with her teacher Miss Heather.
And if you really want to see her moves...
This is video of part of her Lion King dance.  This was her favorite routine and one she actually practiced at home.  She was very excited to be the leader in this dance!  And yes...that is her roar that you hear loud and clear!
We're proud of our dancer!

Disney World Day #5

Our last day at Disney started at Hollywood studios.

We met "magic" Mickey (cause he's wearing his magic hat he wore when he saved the day!)

 Talia, Brayden, Eliza and Mickey.
Brayden met Frozone and Mr. Incredible...3 strong dudes!
Then we met Ralph and Venellope from Wreck it Ralph.  (Ralph had a tough time giving hugs.)  Another movie we had to add to our watch list!
After Hollywood we headed to Epcot for our last afternoon in the parks.
We met the last princess on Eliza's list...Jasmine!  With the added bonus of Aladdin being with her!  (Actually the real bonus was that they were in an air conditioned room!)

Jasmine commented about the jewels on Eliza's shoes (just like the jewels Aladdin found in the cave of wonders) so Talia was sure to show them her shoes too.

Sometimes you have to give in to a little rest!
Talia and Brayden took a little nap while we waited out a rain storm...the ONLY rain that we got the whole week we were there.
And this picture is for Papa...we went on a ride in the Norway part of Epcot.  So daddy took a picture of Talia with the Norwegian troll!
And last, but not least, we ended with dinner at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall to dine with the princesses.
 We met Belle before dinner...
 ...then Sleeping Beauty.
Snow White (and Talia doing her princess pose).
Ariel...do you think Talia is in heaven?
 And Cinderella.

Cinderella gave Talia a pinky promise...I wish I would have heard what about!

We love going to Disney World during their garden show at Epcot...it's beautiful!
The butterfly exhibit had Tinkerbell characters made in the bushes.
We finished off the night with a fireworks show and pineapple ice cream...doesn't get much better than that!
We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Disney World and had such a great trip!  Thanks for "gradu-lating" Uncle Andy and giving us an excuse to visit a place where dreams come true!

Disney World Day #4

We spent most of the day at Typhoon Lagoon.
The girls and Brayden loved this tube ride that they could do all by themselves.

And playing in the sand was a must!
They were excited to meet Lilo.  Then we had to add her movie to our watch list of Disney movies they haven't seen yet!
After the water park we headed to Hollywood Studios.  But these are the only pictures we took!  Aunt Julie gave all of us girls a Disney inspired pedicure!
And she did the girls' nails too...they were in heaven.
After some rides we stayed and watched the Fantasmic show.  Mickey saved the day!
