Sunday in Hilsboro...

Sunday, September 1st

We went to church with Dallin and Cassie and then hung out at their house the rest of the day.  The cousins put on a dance show for us...including Jayce in a tutu!

Time to head home!  Monday we did some shopping and then drove back home.  Always a fantastic weekend!

Hero Up Race!

We look forward to this weekend every year!

 Eliza ran the 5k this year...and did awesome!

 We love participating in the Hero Up Race.  We also love the time we have to be with family.  We swam at the pool, then headed over to Darcee's for lunch and visiting.  Honoring Keith in this way always makes us feel good and brings us together!

Multnomah Falls...

Friday, August 30th

Teachers have been on strike so we are starting school a week later than planned.  That meant we could go to Portland earlier than usual for the Hero Up Race.  We left Monday morning and decided to check out Multnomah Falls.  We actually found another small fall that was next to the parking lot where we parked.  And then we walked over to Multnomah which we had never done before.

 There was a nice picnic area where we parked too so we had lunch before driving into Portland.
