Garth Brooks!!!!!

 GARTH BROOKS CONCERT!!!!
Darran and I left the girls with Grandpa and Grandma on Saturday night to drive over the Spokane for a Garth Brooks/Trisha Yearwood concert!  It was INCREDIBLE!!!!  We had such a good time singing along to all his older songs.  Trisha Yearwood came out about half way through and sang some of her songs too.  They sang a few together and then Garth Brooks finished the concert.  He was an amazing performer and had so much energy!  Bucklist...check!

Cocolalla...

The girls didn't have school on November 10th for Veteran's Day so we spent the weekend at Cocolalla.  It had snowed the weekend before and there was still quite a bit when we got there.  When we woke up in the morning we found this deer eating right outside the back door!  We watched him for such a long time...he wasn't bothered by us at all!

We were constantly watching the turkeys hanging out in the yard too.
This one decided to give us a show by walking on the deck railing!
Enough of the snow melted so Grandpa could give the girls a 4 wheeler ride.  Karisa loves it!

Veteran's Day program

Eliza performed in a Veteran's Day program at school with all the 4th graders.  They sang some patriotic songs and honored those serving our country.  She thought it was pretty funny that I knew the 50 states song that she had learned.  Some songs are classics...even in Elementary school!

Little girls...

These two keep me on my toes...but they're pretty fun together!

Talia was letting Karisa read books on her bed so she "needed" to take a picture.

Lydia was doing this activity for therapy one day and when she realized she was "throwing a ball like sports" she wanted me to take a picture to show dad.  She knows what her dad likes!

When there are 2 minutes of silence there is probably somebody causing mischief.  This particular day Karisa had found her way into the pantry and was helping herself to an apple.  She was pretty proud of herself!

First snow!

Sunday, November 5th, first snow of the season!  We woke up to snow on the ground but with church at 8:30 we had to get ready and go!  We really hoped there would still be snow on the ground when we got home and there was!  In fact, it continued to snow!  The girls changed their clothes fast and got dad to come out and help them build their snowmen!

 Even Karisa helped out!
She really wanted to crawl around in the snow but it was so cold and wet she didn't enjoy it that much!

If this is an indication of what our winter is going to be like I might be posting A LOT of snow pictures!

Baby on the go...

Karisa is crawling all over the entire house!  And she's fast!!  We put her down and 2 seconds later she's either headed towards the slide in the playroom or the stairs.  The other day I was vacuuming and when I finished I couldn't find her.  Talia found her in the pantry...on top of the ladder...reaching for food!  She's keeping us on our toes!

Date with Eliza!

Eliza and Dad went on a Daddy/Daughter date to Barnes and Noble too.  They had a good time browsing the books and deciding what to read next.  This girl loves to read!

Then they went over to Yoplicity for a treat.  Fun weekend full of dates with our girls!

Date with Talia!

Talia and I went on a mommy/daughter date Saturday to Barnes and Noble.  We browsed the chapter books, made a Christmas list of books, and picked one out to take home.  Then we went to MyFroYo for a treat.
After we got home Tal had to get ready for her soccer game...and it was FREEZING!  She did a great job helping at her last game of the season.
Eliza was the photographer at this game.
