Hague Family at the Lake...

We went to Cocolalla in August to spend a little over a week there with family.  It's been a few years now since we had seen a moose and this trip we finally saw them again!  We were sooo excited!  It was a mama moose and her two calves.  Jon and the girls almost had a run in with them on the 4 wheeler but they were alright!  Pretty daunting sight yet such a majestic animal...that sounds really cheesy but it's just incredible to see them walking around our yard!!!!

 Grandpa has a tradition of eating Oreos with his grandkids...he's willing to do it every trip!

Eliza and Talia wanted to play Jenga...but it kind of turned into me and Uncle Jon playing.  We had a pretty impressive tower before it fell.

Just a few more July happenings...

Darran had some meetings in Coeur d'alene at the beginning of July so Lydia and I went with him to the Coeur d'alene Resort.  We were there one night and then spent some time at Cocolalla.

We had some little birds build a nest in one of our hanging plants this summer.  The eggs looked just like the little speckled robin eggs we eat at Easter!

We grew corn for the first time in our garden.  We were pleasantly surprised how it turned out.  We have high hopes for next summer!

And we celebrated Nana's birthday.  Somehow the month of July flew by super fast!

Hummingbirds...

The day after we went to Silverwood we hung out at Cocolalla and Darran got some awesome pictures of the hummingbirds.  We love watching them!

Silverwood!

Eliza earned a ticket to Silverwood through her school by reading.  So we decided to take a day and have fun at the amusement park...along with Grandpa and Grandma.  We had a good time (and really it just made us anxious to go to Disney World)!

 It takes a special Grandma to hop into an elephant ride like this but that's exactly what she is!

Owen's blessing...

 Andy blessed Owen Kevin Hague on July 13th.  Such a handsome little man.

 Grandpa and Grandma Great were able to join us along with Sheila.  We had a yummy dinner together and a good visit.  Definitely a good way to spend a Sunday.

The next weekend in July we went up to Cocolalla with the Gledhills and had tons of fun!

 Me skiing...the water skiing this summer could not have been better!  Hot weather and smooth water is amazing.

We had so much fun with the Gledhills...glad they could join us!  Hopefully it's not too long before we can do it again!
