School Jog-a-thon...

The week of Eliza's school jog-a-thon they had a spirit week.  She wanted to do something with her hair on crazy hair day.

 This is about as "crazy" as our daughter gets - and it took a little convincing!

 We went to watch her run for a little while and I have to say we were very impressed!  She worked hard!  She ran 15 laps - which totaled 3 miles!  Looks like we have a future Hero Up runner!

 She loves her cousins so she was pretty excited to spend some of her time on the track with Bella!

Fun weekend...

We had a fun weekend getting some fall work done at Cocolalla and celebrating Audrey's birthday a little early.

 We decided to paint the wall before hanging the TV on it.  Having lots of hands made the work go fast!

 I was wondering why Darran kept taking pictures of the wall as we were painting...now I see why.  I apparently missed the big Y on the wall while we were in the process!

 Yeah!  So much better!

 The highlight of the weekend was celebrating Audrey's birthday (and having Jon home with us made it that much better)!

Harvest time!

We planted pumpkins in our garden this year.  I wanted to grow some mini pumpkins and gourds to decorate with.  Little did I know what we would end up with!

 This was our first haul - it took us 2 days to pick them all!

 Gourds, spaghetti squash, some more tomatoes and cantaloupe.

 And this was our second haul.  We had about 150 mini pumpkins and about 45 small to larger sized pumpkins.  We seriously had no idea we would get that many but it sure was fun to watch them grow (and take over our garden).  And after giving lots away I still had plenty to decorate with!

It's a girl!

Baby #3 is a girl!

She looks happy and healthy...and still on track for the beginning of February!

Dance class!

Eliza and Talia started dance class this week!  We're going to try out having them both in the same class...should be interesting.  Eliza is so excited to show Talia the ropes and Talia is thrilled to be following in big sister's footsteps.  Let the dancing begin!

Home from school...

I had to have this for my records.  When Eliza gets off the bus after school Talia is the first person she greets...and it's usually with a big hug!  Some days Talia is dragging me running to the bus stop so we're right there when sister gets off.  It's so sweet...and who knows how long it will last!  I love it!

Talia turned 3 years old on September 13th!

She chose to have a Mickey/Minnie themed birthday party and wanted to do pretty much the same things big sister had done for her birthday.

 She was so excited about her presents.

Hero up!

We had the privilege of participating in the the Inaugural Hero Up 5K/half marathon in honor of Keith and children's cancer.  It was held exactly to the day a year ago that Keith was buried.  We love and miss him so much!  What an honor it was for us to take part in this amazing race Darcee and her crew put on!

Grand prize winner!

We do the Summer Reading Program at the library each year...and this summer it paid off big time!  Eliza won a grand prize...$100!

She is so excited!  I have to admit I complained about the prizes they got when they finished but this made up for them!  Shopping here we come!

One last swim...

We decided to take one last swim in the pool for the season before it closes.

 The weather was a little unsettled around us but we had a good time...especially when we could see a rainbow!

Adding to the family!

You might have to look really close...but the other day Talia was adorning me with stickers.  I looked down and on my stomach were two stickers that said 2x.  I laughed because they were oh so appropriately placed!  This belly of mine is only getting bigger!

We are expecting Moody baby #3!  The due date is February 6th and we'll be finding out what we're having at our next appointment.  The girls are so excited!  (I thought it was probably time to say something...especially since I've been posting pictures that show the obvious!)

Kindergarten days!

Eliza started Kindergarten!

Her first day was August 29th...and she was SOOOO excited!

 We know she will do an excellent job in school!
