Birthday party!

Eliza and Talia's birthdays are exactly 3 weeks apart.  This year we decided to have a birthday party for the two of them together.  We had their party where they were taking gymnastics.  They had so much fun running around and doing all the activities.  It was a great party!

Multnomah Falls

Since we were in Portland for the Hero Up race over Labor Day weekend we decided to do some school shopping.  Then on our way home we stopped at Multnomah Falls...it was a beautiful day!

Hero Up!

 We always love participating in the Hero Up race in the month of September.  We love being able to honor Keith that way and support Children's cancer awareness.  And to make it even better...this year we were prepared!  We were ready to race!

 Batman was definitely a hero of choice this year!

First day of school!

 Eliza started 2nd grade on September 1st.

 Talia started her second year of Preschool on September 9th.

Summer stuff!

Just some summer randomness...in no particular order!

 Lydia LOVES corn on the cob!

 Reading the Sunday paper.

 Reading night at the Children's Developmental Center.

 At the movie theater on our way to watch Inside Out.

 We got peaches and pears on our trees this year.  Some of the peaches were HUGE...but they were yummy!

 We did make it to Cocolalla the last weekend of August but the only pictures we took were of us celebrating Grandma's birthday a few days late!

We definitely could feel summer starting to wind down!
