In May, Jon graduated from law school at the University of Texas. Lydia, Karisa, and I went down to Austin with mom and dad to go to graduation. What an accomplishment for Jon (and Audrey)! We're so proud of him and can't wait to see what the future holds for him!

Love these two so much!!!
Audrey made us an awesome meal to celebrate! Everything is bigger in Texas...right? Lydia was pretty excited about this Texas sized cookie!
The next day was Sunday. Karisa was feeling under the weather so mom and dad took Lydia to church. Then Mom and Dad dropped off Lydia and I at Hermana Etherington's! She and her family have been living in Austin for a few years now so I couldn't pass up the chance to say hi. It was so great to catch up, visit, and reminisce about our missionary days. It was a long time ago but those memories sure came flooding back. Love this Hermana so much!
On Monday Jon and Audrey took us to the Children's museum. Lydia loved it!
Then we played at the park for awhile...Austin is full of awesome parks!
At a another park we took a train ride around to see what we could find! Lydia thought it was the best train ride ever!
That night we went to Congress Bridge to see a spectacle of bats! It was so crazy...and the pictures don't do justice! As the sun sets thousands of bats fly out from underneath the bridge. At times it can look like a black cloud...but really it's just bats. Pretty awesome to see!
Texas was awesome! Visiting Jon and Audrey was great! And graduation was the perfect reason to see both! Congratulations Jon! We love you!
