Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with the Moodys...getting VERY excited for the big day. We had dinner and then acted out the Nativity.
Darran and Alissa were Joseph and Mary...Eliza was baby Jesus!

Kaden and Eliza exchanged gifts...Kaden was very excited about what he gave "the baby!" And she loves it! Thanks K-K!
Plum tuckered out and ready for a good night's sleep before Santa arrives!

Christmas Eve...day!

Elayna, Lori, Dad, Andy, Julie
We decided to take advantage of the loads of snow we had and went sledding. At Dad's office there is a little hill...perfect for a not tooooo adventurous sledder. We went down his hill many times as Eliza and Grandma watched from the window. Cowabunga!

Home for the Holidays

We were very excited to have family home for the holidays!
Elayna was home from BYU...as were Andy and Julie. We had lots of fun with them playing games, visiting, looking at lights, and eating lots of yummy food!

Happy Birthday Elayna!

Aunt Elayna turned 19 on the 16th of December. We celebrated when she, Andy, and Julie all made it home safely...thank goodness! Happy Birthday Elayna!

Yes...I do HEART Santa!

Let it snow, let it snow...let it stop!

Wow! Our little corner of the country sure is getting it's fair share of winter weather. We've had snow storms for over a week now and there's still more to come. It's fun to think we'll have a white Christmas but I think Darran, and many others, are tired of shoveling. He shovels our driveway nice and clear and then a couple hours later it's covered again!
Eliza hasn't been out in the cold much but we took her out for just a few minutes to get a picture. Unfortunately, it's not very good packing snow otherwise Dad would have made her a nice big one!

Cute Friends

Eliza's friend Brea came over for a visit! They were so sweet together!

Christmas time!

The presents are starting to cover the bottom of the tree...and surprisingly they aren't ALL for Eliza. (Ok, the majority are.) She's excited!
We saw Santa at Walmart...it was free to take a picture with him, there was no line, and Eliza was in a good mood...so we thought why not? Although, she doesn't seem to enthused, but it could have been worse. Not bad for her first Santa photo!

Sleeping...again!

I promised myself I wouldn't take anymore "sleeping" pictures because we have plenty...but I couldn't resist. Darran came home from his early Sunday morning meetings and took Eliza while I got ready for church. When I came downstairs this is what I found. Both of them ready for church but not quite awake enough!

Tradition!

It's Hague tradition to have a tree decorating party when the tree goes up. Mom and Dad came over to help us decorate the tree, eat lots of food, and watch the BYU basketball game. Apparently we forgot to get an "after" picture, but I'm sure we'll get plenty of those in the next couple of weeks!

Oh, so big!

Eliza has started to roll over from this position. In my attempt to record her doing just that of course she wouldn't. So I just took a picture of her enjoying tummy time. You would think she recognizes the camera by now as many pictures we take of her, but she looks a little perplexed in this one!

Lots of laughs!

Eliza is really starting to have a personality. She is starting to laugh now too. Dad seems to be able to get her to do it quite often!

Family fun.

Eliza liked to chew on her bumbo while we all played cards. Although, she did try to help Grandma a couple of times with her hand!

Eliza and Aunt Elayna...we love you!

Eliza with Uncle Andy and Aunt Julie. Andy did a great job of putting Eliza to sleep! It was so fun to have them home...Eliza was probably getting tired of me telling her all about them so she was excited to finally meet them!
Laughing with Great Grandpa Hague!
